Sweet, Simple Low Histamine Recipe
What are your go-to super-simple low histamine meals, eats and snacks?
Mine are sweet potato fries! Sweet potatoes are naturally low in histamine so I make no apologies for posting a super simple sweet potato recipe.
All three ingredients for the recipe are green on our food list.
Ingredients:
- Sweet potato ✅
- Olive Oil ✅
- Redmond Real Salt ✅
First, wash and cut the sweet potatoes long ways (great for getting extra flavour in the oven). You may cut them as you prefer, but keep in mind oven time will vary.
Put in the oven at 180C/350F until they look like this.
Drizzle in low histamine olive oil and add a sprinkle of my new favorite salt, low histamine Redmond Real salt.
