Histamine Intolerance Experiment Update
I wanted to share my experience trying to introduce several high histamine foods at once.
I felt "a little dodgy" after eating dark chocolate, strawberries, meat cooked then left in the fridge, and other foods. Some like papaya and pineapple may never get introduced as they’re my worst.
I think this particular experiment is going to get paused.
The key lesson is to introduce foods one by one, not everything at once.
I'm still feeling a lot better than I was. Maybe next time introduce two slices of chocolate rather than a large bar of very dark chocolate.
