Sleep and histamine levels
These stylish (ahem) beauties are all in the name of better sleep. 😴
How much does poor sleep affect our stress and therefore our histamine levels? I definitely notice a correlation between stress, histamine and sleep.
I shifted my bedtime earlier during lockdown and I've not regretted it, though my Oura Ring tells me I still have some work to do. The late work shifts don't help, but many of us who love our jobs have to make some kind of sacrifices and mine is that I get back from work later than I'd like.
Here's a few things that have helped me.✔️

👉 Blue-blocking glasses at night (as modelled in the pic). You’ll look like Bono but you’ll sleep better because less bright light will allow your body to prepare to rest and create melatonin.
