Nectarines and Histamine Intolerance?
Are nectarines high in histamine? This is one where opinion varies.
Here’s why.
On SIGHI it is ranked as low histamine.
On the respected site SFGATE it is noted as high histamine.
And the Histamine Intolerance Site sensibly comes down in the middle. For the moment!
Nectarines aren’t citrus, they belong to the Prunus family. So are they high histamine, low histamine, or somewhere in the middle?
