When you can improve your sleep, your histamine levels goes down and when you can lower your histamine levels, your sleep may well improve.

It's an area where we can make clear improvements - but it's also a vicious circle when you start to sleep badly. Then, our histamine levels go up and we sleep worse and so on.⁣

Oof. ⁣

Clearly sleep is really important when you are histamine intolerant. ⁣

So what are your sleep tips? ⁣

Mine include; blue-blocking glasses, a red filter over my alarm clock, eye mask, mouth tape and some effective earplugs from Quieton⁣.

I also currently take magnesium before bed along with (sometimes) Vitamin C. ⁣
