Low-Histamine Pea Shoots
Pea Shoots are one of my favorite ingredients, as they’re a) delicious in a salad but b) supposedly one of the finest histamine-lowering foods.
I buy them by the bucket-load (thanks Ocado) and am taking a tentative step towards growing them as well.
