Hydration and Histamine Intolerance

Hydration and Histamine Intolerance

do not disturb sign

Let’s talk about something a little bit delicate. Apologies in advance for broaching the subject of peeing in the middle of the night 🤫⁣

Before I discovered the concept of histamine intolerance I would often go to the toilet multiple times in the night. ⁣

Now it’s down to one - and on the rare occasion it’s more than one it seems to me to be an indication that my hydration hasn’t been good and I’m dehydrated. (happens a lot). It can also indicate my histamine levels are higher, or I might have eaten something high histamine the night before.⁣

Having spoken to many other people around this issue it seems I’m not the only one. ⁣

Hydration definitely helps - and I tend to have some Seeking Heath Electrolyte most days. ⁣

I know it seems ridiculous to talk about this stuff, but it really does make a difference to people when they start to feel better and they’re not up constantly in the middle of the night 💚
