Histamine intolerance and air quality

Toxins from mold and air quality can really affect us histamine intolerant lot, depleting our ability to clear the histamine from the body. It's something @drbenlynch talks about at length in his book Dirty Genes. ⁣

I’m increasingly aware of the poor air quality walking around London, which is why it was lovely to get out to the seaside in Dorset recently. ⁣Pre-lockdown, obviously. This was the view from Moonfleet Manor, where the air is fresh.

On Zestology I’ve looked a number of times at clean air solutions, but is this a step too far? ⁣A personal rechargeable air purifier packaged in a new, smaller size. AirTamer’s state-of-the-art electrostatic purification “creates a 3 foot sphere of cleaner, healthier air around your head”. ⁣Completely bonkers, but hey, maybe it works? If anyone’s tried it, let me know.⁣

Update: Now I’ve been investigating what is surely the world’s best air filter, from HypoAir. It’s called an Air Angel. laboratory Tested to neutralise up to 99.99% of indoor air. I’m very impressed - a full update coming shortly on this site with my review.

Previously I’ve never been quite sure about air purifiers, but this one is good. More to come.
