A Relaxed Start to the Mornings
Having a relaxed start to the mornings has made a big difference to my stress levels (and, therefore histamine intolerance).
Here's the thing that has made the biggest change:
Leaving the phone out of the bedroom has made a significant difference to my mornings. It may sound weird linking it to histamine, but I really do.
If my phone was on my bedside table, my first thoughts would no doubt be;
🤔 how many books did I sell last night
🤔 what’s going down on Instagram
🤔 what’s the price of bitcoin?
But when my phone is downstairs, I wake up feeling relaxed and creative - much better.
Histamine intolerance and stress tend to go hand in hand.
