A Fiery Low-Histamine Juice
This fiery low-histamine juice requires a juicer, but is well worth the inevitable clean-up afterwards.
Just don’t spill it on your best white tablecloth.
It contains histamine-lowering pea shoots, which are abundant in DAO, as well as apples and ginger.

A handful of pea shoots (✓)
1 small knob of fresh peeled turmeric (✓)
3 big carrots (✓)
2 chopped-up apples (✓)
1 tbsp. of freshly sliced ginger (✓)
