It is frustrating to be going through a histamine episode, feeling dreadful and someone suggesting, “hey why don’t you sit back and just try to chill out.”
I know how challenging it is when you are histamine intolerant and feeling low physically. I’m not claiming meditation is a miracle solution, but it may well help you to feel a little bit better, and I believe it can be an important histamine intolerance treatment tool for many.
