First - a serious question, do any couples here use two duvets in the same bed? And could it be the answer to a better night’s sleep?

One bed, two duvets is a Scandinavian sleep tradition that also is popular in Germany and Austria, and couples who do it seem to love it. You can nail your own personal temperature control, blanket weight, and you won't get disturbed by your partner moving about.
It all equals happy sleepers. I want to try it!
As I read in a Refinery 29 about the Two Duvets approach.
“Sleep is the most selfish thing you can do. You can't share your sleep – you can change your intimacy but you can't share your sleep.
