The Oura ring and high-histamine foods
I'm a big fan of gathering data around health issues to try and work out how to get healthier. With the @ouraring, I can tell the next day when I've eaten a histamine-heavy meal.
And it is quite revealing. My Heart Rate will go up when I've eaten high-histamine foods, and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) will go down. Have you collected any geeky data like this around histamine levels?
I'd love to hear.
PS - the Oura measures plenty of metrics including; heart rate, heart rate variability, total sleep/deep sleep, body temperature and respiratory rate.
HRV and Heart Rate are the things I find particularly useful for histamine intolerance.
