Are nectarines high in histamine? This is one where opinion varies.

Here’s why. ⁣

• On SIGHI it is ranked as low histamine. ⁣

• On the respected site SFGATE it is noted as high histamine. ⁣

• And the Histamine Intolerance Site sensibly comes down in the middle. For the moment!

• Nectarines aren’t citrus, they belong to the Prunus family. So are they high histamine, low histamine, or somewhere in the middle? ⁣
