Naturally Heal From Histamine Intolerance
Less stress is a huge part of my approach to healing from histamine intolerance and the underlying factors.
Histamine intolerance is a complex condition. It can manifest in a multitude of ways but one common thread I found was the potential impact of stress. When I am under stress, my body seems to produce more histamine, thereby aggravating my symptoms.
Nowadays, I prioritize time for myself, to simply relax and unwind. I’m making a big effort to work less and relax more. That means long days at work are a thing of the past. (In theory anyway - that's hard for a Type A personality).
I know when I chill my symptoms ease, and I just feel… lighter.
