Natural Toothpaste for Histamine Intolerance
We are now getting into territory that anybody who doesn’t suffer from histamine intolerance may regard as bonkers.
That’s alright though. We're on our own path here, and we're aware of what's at stake.
There is an ingredient known as a synthetic detergent in toothpaste that causes many people to get mouth ulcers.
It’s called Sodium Lauryl Sulfate or SLS. If you have mouth ulcers then when you switch toothpaste, you might find that they magically go away.
That’s what happened to me. I used to get mouth ulcers until I switched to natural toothpaste. Then I found out that other people in the histamine world report the same thing, and there is even some science to back this up.
