One of the areas I’m very interested in is magnesium deficiency and histamine levels. I’ve posted a few times on Magnesium but here’s my latest experience. Recently I ran out of Magnesium and got very dehydrated. Like - parched.

On my podcast in May I have partnered with Magnesium Breakthrough with all 7 forms of supplemental magnesium.
This has been great fun and I think I’m absorbing more magnesium now than before. This is the magnesium I restocked with (yes I used my own discount code lol).
