Mad Histamine Experiment Incoming
I’ve got a bit of a mad experiment going on at the moment.
I’ve been feeling so much better that I thought it was time to reintroduce one or two foods. I ate a 30-day aged steak the other day and that felt pretty good so I’m thinking, how much better am I?
Let’s reintroduce all the high histamine foods and see if I still feel ok.
I’ll let you know I feel - I haven’t eaten some of this stuff for a long time.
