Does Taping Your Mouth Lead to Better Sleep, Especially if You Are Histamine Intolerant?
Yes I look a bit tired in this picture, and that’s because it’s pre-bedtime. And look closely, you’ll see I have a thin piece of translucent tape on my mouth.

I mentioned James Nestor’s book for dealing with the symptoms of histamine intolerance such as stuffy nose, headaches and blocked sinuses.
I’ve been trying the mouth-taping for a while now and it’s pretty amazing. It seems to make my sinuses clearer at night. What a win. I sleep deeper too. This mouth tape is 3M surgical tape - very cheap.

I’m genuinely very excited about this, and talk about it more in this week’s episode of my podcast Zestology (find it on all good podcast players). And obviously do your own research before trying it.
